Xavier Vicuna (Vocalist) of Forty Winters – Looking at Bleeding Through’s “Love Lost In A Hale Of Gunfire”
I remember being in high school when this video came out; we were in the early stages of our band at the time. It surely made a significant impact on me. I speak for myself when I say I’m heavily influenced and enthralled by the whole “dark” concept, but they definitely paved the way for all of us in more ways than one. Bleeding Through was just one of those bands that could wear all black, paint their nails, use make up, and still be hard/pissed off at the same time. I really dug that. This is a great song, off an even greater album, by a great band. Not to discredit any of the other OC talent that was pretty much doing the same thing, but this song/album was just captivating and sticks out to this day.
